1. Event Admission & Badge Access
Participation at AI Impact India 2026 requires pre-registration and collection of an official attendee badge at PhoneX Mall, Rewari. Badges are personal and non-transferable between participants during exhibition and conference sessions.
2. Code of Conduct
All participants, exhibitors, speakers, and staff agree to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe collaborative environment throughout the exhibition floor, workshops, and conference halls.
3. Schedule & Speaker Availability
While the event date (19–20 December 2026) and venue (PhoneX Mall, Rewari) are confirmed, specific session allocations, keynote timings, and workshop rosters remain subject to operational adjustments by the organizers.
4. Intellectual Property
Presentations, live demonstrations, and masterclass teaching materials remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and organizations.
